This gracious southern colonial-style home faces a lovely lake and is surrounded by spacious lawns and gardens with tropical and native landscaping. All is set within an 82-acre private park known as Los Ebanos Preserve. Built in 1937, the home has an elegant living room furnished with antiques, a light-filled garden room with floor to ceiling windows, a formal dining room, and a book-lined study. Outdoors, a beautiful pavilion/dance floor is surrounded by lawns, gardens and palms. A food preparation area, restrooms, and ample space for party tents make this an ideal spot for entertaining. This beautiful estate is available for weddings, receptions, parties, quinceaneras, day retreats, conferences, lunches and showers. 

Pricing

Our prices begin at $300.00 for a 4-hour, daytime, weekday event and increase depending on the day of the week, the number of guests, and the amount of set-up involved. Saturdays are our most expensive days as those are the most in demand. We offer discounts for weddings and other events held on weekdays, Fridays and Sundays.
